Night Shift (Grizzly Cove) Bianca D’ArcTotally, Totally, Totally loved Zak and Tina’s story. Actually I’ve enjoyed this entire little series of shorts/novella’s so far. For those of you who have not had the privilege of reading this new series she has the first three bundled together “Grizzly Cove” is the title and is available on Amazon.
Night Shift is the third installment to Grizzly Cove and I loved it. Zak loves his new assignment of guarding Tina at the Bakery during the night shift. He’s been at it a week and he and Tina had a chance to get to know each other. When Tina was hoping to spend a little snuggle time with Zak an unexpected visitor comes into the Bakery. Master Hariam (Master Vampire) was attacked and his boat and crew destroyed. He is on the verge of losing it due to the severe blood loss. Seems there is something evil in the waters of Grizzly Cove. Zak’s first instinct is to protect Tina but Hiram is fighting very hard to keep control. I loved that Zak offered the vamp his blood without a second guess. This little act plays a major role in a roundabout way with the way the story concludes. (Not telling you LOL)
Zak the gentleman that he is has a feeling (and so does his bear) that Tina is his one. Not familiar with these new feelings he tries to take it slow so he doesn’t freak Tina out. Now Tina on the other hand just wants to jump his bones. Zak plans a picnic for his first date with Tina taking her to the property he just purchased for his future home to be built. Everything is going as planned until Tina speeds it up and jumps his bones. I had to chuckle. As much as Zak wanted to continue in that direction he put the brakes on. Remember this is all new to him. They decided to take a walk down to the water and he wanted to show off his property to her. Then the unthinkable happens. Tina is attacked by something coming out of the water. Poor Zak needs to shift in order to save her. Gotta give Tina credit she did not freak out. She actually likes his bear. Get the book and see what happens.
Bianca has a way with her characters that I totally love and she manages to drop names of her other characters from her other reads. Everything ties together and I love that. Her next Grizzly Cove release is “Alpha Bear” and this will be a full length novel. I read the teaser at the end of Night Shift and oh I so can’t wait for this next one. 5* Bianca and happy reading to you all.

Love this series and glad to see it expanding, love hearing about the guys from different books. And seriously need to know about the monster from the deep.
The town of Grizzly Cove is coming along quite nicely! It was nice to read about the baby baker sister, Tina, finding love with Zak. It was also great to read about the added intrigue in the town and the beginning of the increase in human inhabitants.
Great new series from an awesome author who makes the fantastic believable. She adds the magic we wish in all of our lives to these amazing stories that while short, captivate your attention.
OMG! Now Grizzly Cove has a monster in the cove and it's attacking the residents. If you haven't started reading this series you're missing out. Each book just seems to be better.
Another short read which I appreciate now and then. I feel the peace and quite we have experienced in the last few books is leaving though.
Bianca D'Arc is one of my favorite authors. I like this series. I like the back story for the town, the nature of the residents and the interplay between characters. It is sappy sweet and feels good to read. The continuing plot line is growing darker in each installment and I'm curious where that will go in the next installments. I like how this spin off sries ties in to a larger universe of books. There are a lot of dynamics at play, with many levels of characters.
The third book we start see more conflict, good vs evil a battle yet to come. The romance is sweet, but there's an under current shift to fantasy. Still heart warming and about time the third sister finds a man. I like her, so out spoken, honest, so adventurest. She knows what she wants and shes not afraid to jump him. Each one of these stories can be stand alone but so far worth reading together.
